Sales Internship Summary:
Go Automotive Group is in search of qualified candidates for our 10-week, Sales Internship Program. The internship will provide full-time, hands-on experience within the Sales and E-Commerce Departments of one of our largest dealerships in Denver. Throughout the course of the internship, you will work daily with our successful management team in a variety of functions including Customer 1st Training, Digital merchandising, brand management, Finance & Interest rates, Dealer trades and Appraisals. You will play a valuable role in our efforts to improve our Customer 1st approach while increasing sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
o Work with Sales Managers to gain sales strategies with a Customer 1st approach
o Effectively study and utilize the sales menu
o Acquire Colorado Automotive Sales Licensure
o Assist the Used Vehicle Manager with developing pricing models to maximize ROI
o Attend automotive auctions with the Market Used Vehicle Director
o Track the daily functions of the Finance Manager - Product sales, Interest rates, Bank Relationships, etc.
o Develop innovative ideas of process flow and customer service approaches
o Gain knowledge of the warranty administrator functions
o Shadow the General management team to obtain the overall business strategy within the dealership |

| Required Experience |
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Technical certification program, Bachelor's or Master's degree program
Ability to operate an automobile and have a valid driver's license
Prior Customer Service experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience working in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented with effective multi-tasking skills |
